The print process: What happens after I submit an order?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes the order number and details.

We receive your order details in our system. Orders are usually produced within 3 business days, then being viewed by a quality control team and sent to a shipping facility.

Orders usually arrive within 12 business days.

What happens if my product arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or if the product is defective you can contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will investigate it and replace it at our discretion.
